Sliding Scale Options
We’re committed to making therapy accessible to individuals and families with varying financial needs. A limited number of sliding-scale spots are available for clients experiencing financial hardship or significant life transitions. These reduced-rate openings are offered on a first-come, needs-based basis to ensure fair access and support for those who need it most.
If you’re interested in exploring sliding-scale availability or discussing your situation, please reach out. We’re here to help you receive the care you deserve with compassion and understanding.
At Trinity Rising Counseling Center, we value your time, your healing, and the commitment of our clinicians. Our cancellation policy ensures that every client has fair access to available appointments and that our team can continue offering consistent, reliable support.
Why This Policy Matters
To honor both our clients and clinicians, we maintain a clear cancellation policy that supports fairness, consistency, and availability for all.
Our Commitment to Respecting Your Time
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without prior communication,
may be charged the full session rate.
Late Cancellations & Missed Appointments
We ask that all clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. This allows us to offer the open time to another client in need.
24-Hour Notice Required
This policy helps ensure that our schedule remains accessible and that every client has the opportunity to receive timely support.
